The farmhouse has been elegantly converted into 5 self-catering flats, all with tiled floors and wooden-beamed ceilings and which sleep up to 8 people. One of the flats is purpose-built for guests with disabilities.

Each flat is quite independent, with central-heating, TV, a large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower.

The two flats on the front side of the building are on two floors, with, on the ground floor, a spacious kitchen that opens onto a small terrace where guests can enjoy meals outdoors. The bathroom, main bedroom and a second bedroom (from a loft conversion) are on the second floor. In addition to this, both flats also have a small living room (which can sleep two people) which looks out on the stunning panorama of the Sibillini Hills.

The outdoor swimming pool (12x5.50m) is provided with sunshades and sunloungers and is illuminated at night so that guests can enjoy cool summer evenings outdoors.

The holiday farmhouse is surrounded by open fields and areas of woodland where guided tours can be organised on request: mountain bikes are available, and there are tennis courts nearby that can be booked. 

There is ample parking space in the old courtyard.
