Prices include: water, electricity, gas, weekly cleaning and
linen change. They do not include any meals or the cost of
central heating in winter, for which guests will be charged on
the basis of what they use.
A
deposit charge of Euro 100 is requested, and the residue must be
paid by bank transfer within two weeks of the date of arrival.
Holidays are on a weekly basis starting and finishing on a
Saturday.
The flats are available from 1 p.m. and must be freed by 9.30
a.m.
